About Me
I have been a professional musician for over thirty years. I have played for stadium crowds and at coffee shops. I have opened for legends like Al Green, Los Lobos and Sun Ra. I have toured both as a headliner and a side man, playing many styles of music including Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Funk, Pop, World Music, Blues, R&B, and Folk. I studied guitar at the University of North Texas as well as with many world-renowned guitarists. I am currently living in Hamden, Connecticut with my family and enjoying life in the suburbs, composing, recording and teaching out of my home studio. I started SG Music School as a place to teach what I have learned that is separate from my performing career.
